enqueueMessage

Appends message, returning once its place in this partition's order is fixed - the Deferred completes with its offset once it is durable.

Order is fixed against any other caller of this log: a message enqueued after this call returns lands after this one. Durability is not - the returned handle is the only report of whether this message made it, so a caller that drops it will not learn that the message was lost.

Throws MessageTooLargeException rather than failing the handle when the log declines the message outright: nothing was enqueued, so no order was fixed and nothing behind it is affected.
